A Palestinian national consensus is forming Hamas will discuss disarmament in negotiations with Israel

Again, as we exclusively reported in January 2024: Hamas will agree to disarm and become an unarmed political movement in the PLO. Its demands will express a secret Palestinian national consensus, and these are its main points: the government in Gaza will be appointed by a Palestinian presidential decree. The end of the war.  Guaranteeing the safety of Hamas members. Release of prisoners and abductees in an "all against all" format. In our estimation: the US is involved (this time as well) in the process, and its success will allow it to be applied to the West Bank as well.

On January 21, 2024 (issue 130), we exclusively reported for the first time that Abu Mazen pledged to the US that "Hamas will join the PLO as a disarmed political movement." Weeks later, we reported that the Palestinian Authority agreed to make a commitment to Israel, that Hamas would not rule Gaza (but would be part of the PLO), and that it would be disarmed, if Israel agreed to the rule of the Palestinian Authority in Gaza. Israel did not take advantage of this opportunity to end the war with its absolute and unequivocal victory (in accepted and non-messianic political terms), and its refusal later led to the establishment of a new axis in the Middle East Egypt-Turkey and possibly Iran as well, which in our estimation will act against Israel and oblige it to prepare for a new political, economic, security, against a multi-resource and technological threat (see the main story in issue 188). The Palestinian national agreement will allow Israel to end the war, and perhaps even lead to the establishment of a new regional axis that will balance Turkey, Egypt and Iran: Greece, Cyprus, Israel, Palestine, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates.

The Israeli Palestinian Post

Hamas will conduct double negotiations with the Palestinian Authority and with Israel, on the disarmament of the organization, and on relinquishing power in the Gaza Strip. It is already clear that the negotiations with the Palestinian Authority are a continuation of the intra-Palestinian agreement that was reached between the Palestinian factions in January 2024, according to which Hamas will agree, in exchange for the end of the war, to disarm and relinquish power in Gaza. We do not know whether the Islamo-Nazi organization has already put on the table of discussions in the negotiations on Phase II with Israel, its current agreement to disarm, in exchange for its above-mentioned demands, or whether it intends to present its said agreement in the coming days.

In January 2024, Abu Mazen brought up the agreement he had with Hamas, in his meeting with American Secretary of State Anthony Blinken. In our estimation, even in the current internal Palestinian agreement, the United States is involved, this time headed by President Trump. It is even possible that raising the idea of the American transfer is intended to bring about an internal Palestinian agreement, to disarm all the armed Palestinian organizations, led by Hamas, and remove them from power in the Gaza Strip. If indeed the US is involved in the intra-Palestinian process, this will burden the Netanyahu government to renew the war in Gaza, and to deepen it in the West Bank, for the sake of bringing it to an end.
