לפני כשבוע התפוצצה נגריה ברמאללה, הרעש והאש הבהילו לשם את כוחות הביטחון הפלסטיניים; בנגריה ובביתו של ראש ההתארגנות נמצאו חומרי נפץ וכלי נשק. כל 19 אנשי ההתארגנות החדשה שאיימה בטרור על ישראל ועל הרשות הפלסטינית נעצרו, ונמצאים תחת חקירת הביטחון המסכל הפלסטיני. כוחות הביטחון של ישראל ביקרו באתר ואספו ממצאים. מימון ההתארגנות, בא כנראה מאיראן, במסגרת ניסיונותיה ליצור תשתית טרור חדשה בגדה המערבית, שתאיים על ישראל ועל הרשות הפלסטינית. את דרכי הזרמת הכסף האיראני לתשתית החמאס החדשה בגדה, חשפנו כאן לפני כשלושה שבועות (ר' גיליון 44) , כמו גם פרטים לגבי האסטרטגיה החדשה של חמאס בגדה המערבית (ר' גיליונות קודמים).
ישראל מחכה כעת שההליכים הפלסטינים כנגד 19 אנשי ההתארגנות של חמאס, יושלמו, כדי לעצור אותם ולהביאם לחקירה בישראל. מקור פלסטיני ביטחוני בכיר אמר ל tipp כי האיום העיקרי מצד ההתארגנות הזאת, היה כלפי הרשות הפלסטינית אשר חמאס רוצה להדיחה, ולתפוס את מקומה ואת מקומו של אש"ף כנציג הבלעדי של העם הפלסטיני. כפי שדיווחנו כאן בשבוע שעבר, הרשות עצרה את המו"מ שהתנהל עם חמאס בגדה המערבית; המו"מ התנהל עם ראש החמאס בגדה המערבית נאסר אלדין אלשער (ר' גיליון 45), והוא הופסק על ידי הרשות אחרי שהיא הגיעה למסקנה כי חמאס מתכוון להשתלט על הרשות הפלסטינית, וכלל אינו מתכוון להגיע עימה להסכמות פוליטיות. חשיפת ההתארגנות האמורה, היא הביטוי המעשי לכך שלחשד של הרשות הפלסטינית יש יסוד עובדתי מוצק. אנשי רשות פלסטיניים החרימו סרטון שנמצא בנגריה, ומתאר את ההתארגנת וממצאי הטרור של אנשי החמאס בנגריה. הסרטון הגיע לידי tipp. תמונות מתוך הסרטון מוצגות כאן ומצורפות לכתבה.

About a week ago, a carpentry shop in Ramallah exploded, and the noise and fire alarmed the Palestinian security forces there; Explosives and weapons were found in the carpentry shop and at the home of the head of the organization. All 19 members of the new organization that threatened Israel with terrorism and the Palestinian Authority have been arrested and are under investigation by the Palestinian Preventive Security. Israel's security forces visited the site and collected findings. Funding for the organization apparently came from Iran, as part of its attempts to create a new terrorist infrastructure in the West Bank, which would threaten Israel and the Palestinian Authority. The ways in which Iranian money flows into the new Hamas infrastructure in the West Bank were revealed here about three weeks ago (see issue 44). As well as details about Hamas' new strategy in the West Bank (see previous issues).
Israel is now waiting for the Palestinian proceedings against the 19 members of Hamas' organization to be completed, to arrest them and bring them for interrogation in Israel. A senior Palestinian security source told tipp that the main threat from this organization was to the Palestinian Authority, which Hamas wants to overthrow, and take its place and the PLO's place as the sole representative of the Palestinian people.

As we reported here last week, the PA halted negotiations with Hamas in the West Bank; negotiations took place with Hamas leader in the West Bank Nasser Aladdin Ashaar (see issue 45), and it was stopped by the PA after it concluded that Hamas intends to take over the Palestinian Authority and does not intend to reach political agreements with it at all. The exposure of the said organization is proof that the Palestinian Authority has a strong factual basis for the suspicion. Palestinian Authority officials confiscated a video found in the carpentry shop, describing the organization and terrorist findings of Hamas members in the carpentry shop.
