The only way left for Israel to protect the freedoms of its citizens is to outlaw the Likud. When the Likud goes outlawed, and can no longer strive for tyrannical government and tyranny, and cannot resist investigating the war according to the law, the rest of the tyrants from the Smotrich and Ben Gvir parties will inevitably leave the arena of power, as will the parties of the evaders who sustain the tyrants with their political power in order to escape death on the battlefields by evading the IDF.

And they wrap all this moral destruction in ideology and Torah and political beliefs. In lies and falsehood.

The new Middle East that the government of fanatics has created on its way to annex the West Bank, bring about the transfer of the Palestinians in a move that is a war crime, release Netanyahu from his trial, and free the Haredim from conscription, is extremely dangerous from the Turkish control that is beginning to characterize it, alongside a change in American policy towards Israel. The formulation of the new American policy is now seen when America promotes Turkey, as a regional empire (even when Turkey sharply criticizes the US support for the Kurds in Syria) that will rule the Middle East and ensure that it will be for the West, preserving the logistical space between Europe and Asia in the event that a third world war does break out as the West fears. It is possible that the current Western leaders have forgotten or are completely unaware that Turkey was considered the sick child of Europe for generations, a view that prevented Turkey from entering the European Union for those generations and beyond.

For the sake of its tyrannical ideology, the Likud is now continuing to use the tactic that, in our opinion, its leader conceived long before the party returned to power, in November 2022: positioning the move toward dictatorship and tyranny as a political truth, opposed to which the rule of law stands as a counter-political truth. In other words, the Likud has turned the political, military, and public truth that Israel has held since the dawn of its resurrection into a political side in a political equation. This was well expressed by one of the government lawyers who wondered in the Supreme Court: Is it possible that the Declaration of Independence will bind the sovereign?

Well, if the Declaration of Independence does not bind the sovereign, neither does a democratic regime bind him.

And this entire path of the government is backed by an angry and vengeful Mizrahi electorate that has lost its heritage; An electorate that trampled on the legacy of its ancestors who established Judaism after the third destruction (Assyrian, Babylonian, Roman), and wrote all of Judaism's important books on equality, freedom, and democracy (see the law of Rabban Gamliel and Rabbi Yehoshua) and on just property and individual rights, on the limitations of war even in response to a painful attack (see the law of Yaakov in Parashat Dinah), and on the justice of the law and its rules (could the Babylonian or Jerusalem Talmud justify pardoning a defendant without an admission of guilt, regarding an indictment that had already been drafted and the proceedings against him had been ongoing for years? After all, if it were possible to prove innocence that justifies pardon and Talmudic law, this would have been expressed at the very beginning of the trial), on the fundamental welfare that precedes personal wealth, and more, things that were a lamp to its feet and a truth to the beginnings of the East.
